Once your order has been place we get on to hand making your Luxe Scented Candle! Please Understand that each candle is made to order which takes 1-2 business days to perfect with love! We make each candle made to order so that you can get the full life span of each candle and we can guarantee that each fragrance is fresh and smells amazing for your its new home.
We aspire to ship your items to you within 1-3 business days (including processing time). Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.
Luxe Scented Candles offers free regular shipping on all orders with in Australia.
Luxe Scented Candles sends parcels via Sendle (Couriers Please & Fastway Couriers)
Regular shipping arrives within 2-4 business days for Metropolitan Areas from when your order has been dispatched.
If you live outside of these areas, your order may take up to 4-10 days to get to you.

As a regulation, all orders are automatically marked as signature required on delivery, We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order. If you would rather it be left unattended please leave us a note at checkout so we can arrange that for you. If you do require the parcel to be left unattended, Luxe Scented Candles holds no responsibility or liability for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of chosen delivery instructions.
We are now offering our customers the option for express postage Australia wide.
Express postage is $15.00.
Australia Post Express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days for Metropolitan Areas from when your order has been dispatched.
If you live outside of these areas, your order may take up to 4-6 days to get to you.

All candles are shipped in a protected hard card box to ensure your items arrives to you safety and damage free.
A signature is required upon delivery, if no one is home to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a card to direct your parcel to your nearest Australia Post outlet for your pickup.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit due to the fault of Australia Post - we will endeavour to trace your parcel on your behalf and lodge an investigation if required.

Luxe Scented Candles takes no responsibility for another country's taxes or duties which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. If you are unsure about your countries tax or duties policy, we recommend contacting your local authorities for further information.
At Luxe Scented Candles, your satisfaction is our main priority and we pride ourselves on delivering you with the best quality products and services.
Each candle is inspected throughly before leaving our headquarters and are marked clearly with a 'Fragile' Sticker before posting.
However on the off chance you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your items by emailing email@example.com with your name, address, order number and details of the fault including a photo. (your order number can be found at the top of your invoice).
We will then carefully peruse the item and if Luxe Scented Candles believe that the item is faulty, will proceed with either a replacement or a credit note. (in the form of an e-gift card which will be sent to the email address used to place the order. if the email address differs please let us know)
Luxe Scented Candles does not refund the cost of return postage.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us (we recommend sending via Australia Post with a tracking number & keeping hold of that tracking number until the item has arrived back to us).
Returned items must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before making your return so we can provide you with a returns form which must be completed and sent back to us with your item. Items without a returns form will not be processed. In any case where you can not return your item back to us within 7 days please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise an alternative method.
If you require an exchange, we will endeavour to process this within 2-3 business days from original product being returned to our head office.
Credit Notes may take up to 1-2 business days to be processed.
If we are experiencing any delays in our processing times, information will be posted on our websites homepage.
Returns using Afterpay remain subject to Luxe Scented Candles returns policy.
If your item is faulty send them back to us as you would for a normal order. When Luxe Scented Candles receives the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue a credit note as per our normal returns policy - you'll be emailed a code to use (in the form of an e-gift card), which is valid for 6 months.
